These “brownies” became know to me during one of my early Silver Star Nordic Camps in the mid 1990’s.
They are named after the town that invented them Nanaimo, BC.
Ingredients are butter, sugar, graham cracker crumbs, coconut flakes, cream, instant vanilla custard, and chocolate.
